Our Volleyball Program encourages students to pursue excellence through teamwork, dedication, and integrity. Athletes are challenged to grow in skill, character, and leadership while honoring their teammates, coaches, and school community.
Developmental Team Coach / Assistant Volleyball Coach
Julie has been married to her husband Ben for 24 years and is the proud mother of fourdaughters (ages 18, 15, 12, and 8), all of whom attend NRCA. The Rodriguez family has beenpart of the NRCA community since 2022. Julie and Ben have served together in Children’s,Youth, College, and Adult Ministries, both as full-time staff and volunteers. They currentlyserve at Harvest Church in Coker, helping lead Youth Ministry. Julie volunteered asassistant volleyball coach during the 2025 season and is excited to help launch the newdevelopmental volleyball program for 4th–6th grade students.
