Barry Colburn — Head Coach

Head Football Coach Barry Colburn

“I recently retired after forty-four years of teaching, coaching, and athleticadministration at both the high school and collegiate levels. Education and athleticshave long been a calling in my family; between my father, my brother, and myself, weshare over a century of combined dedication to this profession. I remain energized andconfident that my experience, perspective, and enduring love of the game allow me tocontinue making a meaningful impact on student-athletes. We encourage all students entering grades 7 through 12 to come out and see what wehave to offer. Even if you’ve never played before, this is a season of learning—we’llbegin with the fundamentals and build step by step toward excellence. Go Chargers!!!”
