The elementary school years represent a time of great growth in knowledge and academic skills. NRCA students grow academically as they progress from learning to read to reading to learn, and they develop independence as they become increasingly accountable for their study and organizational habits. Elementary learning at NRCA occurs in a challenging, affirming environment with appropriate expectations in classrooms. Kindergarten through fourth grade are in self-contained classes. We utilize the ABeka and Bob Jones Christian-based curriculum. These years of growth are critically important for developing a love of learning and for building a solid foundation for learning in the future.
Junior High School is an exciting gateway to high school. During this time of mental and physical change, we endeavor to create a safe and nurturing experience where each child learns the immeasurable blessings of God’s grace and of being a valued member of the school community. With Scripture as our guide, we partner with parents to help students grow spiritually, academically, physically, and emotionally. In each academic content area, teachers employ meaningful learning opportunities that foster critical thinking and reasoning skills, and engage each student in an academic experience that is both rich in content and comprehensive in scope.

High school is the time when all the foundational work of earlier years comes to fruition and when preparation for college and vocation takes center stage. Our goal is to provide our students with a comprehensive, college preparatory academic program that prepares them to succeed in college and in life. We want to guide them as they select a college or university, and help them as they make decisions about career planning. We want students to have a broad based, Biblically informed education that prepares them for effective leadership and service in the 21st century. An integral part of our high school is the spiritual training students receive through Bible classes. Bible classes are application oriented. Service and ministry are greatly emphasized as well as mission outreach.
